Having just passed 30,000 page views in ten months, I’m thrilled, surprised and humbled. Wishing to pass on a collective note of appreciation to everyone that’s followed our Experimental Expat Journey, Diane and I enjoy posting and have benefitted enormously from all the great advice and words of encouragement . Hopefully we’ve made this blog a tad different from most expat blogs by attempting to tell stories that convey my sometimes outspoken opinions rather than just post another TripAdvisor-like article. Thanks again and please keep the views and comments coming.

Congrats on reaching 30k, keep on blogging!

Thanks so much !!
We have baby pigeons outside our window; they live all along the building (unfortunately because they’re dirty and the building can’t figure out how to get rid of them). But it’s rare to see babies because they only stay in the nest two weeks and then they look like adults and leave. Also love the common Minahs and beautiful yellow birds we’ve seen (not sure what they are).

Well done on reaching 30,000 views. I think you’ve certainly put together a unique blog that is an inspiration to aspiring early retirees. It takes a lot of guts to become an expat retiree!

Thanks!!!! We love sharing even if it’s a bit outspoken at times. Isn’t that more interesting anyway?
